Anil has been practising as a Hypnotherapist and
psychotherapist for over seven years in Burton upon Trent and
has a very successful full time practise.
Anil is the co-owner of The Natural Healthcare Centre based in
Burton-upon-Trent; the centre offers over thirty different
complementary treatments and is Burton's Number One
complimentary healthcare centre.
As well as being the founder and director of the Burton weight
loss clinic, Anil also is founder and director of the burton
stop smoking clinic.
Anil has written for several newspapers and magazine over the
years and is currently psychological advisor for BTN a glossy
magazine focusing on Burton upon Trent.
Anil's specialist areas include weight loss, personal
development, depression and anxiety. Anil has particular
interests in small business coaching. |

Caroline Bottrill -

Alongside the Burton Weight Loss Clinic, Caroline
also runs a Life Coaching practice, Coaching for Life at The
Natural Healthcare Centre. Caroline's website can be viewed at

Caroline has a special interest in energy healing and is a Reiki
2 practitioner. In her spare time, Caroline writes articles for
the BTN Lifestyle magazine as their resident Life Coach. These
articles are designed to inspire our day to day lives whilst
offering holistic advice and support on lifestyle and wellbeing.
Before training as a Coach, Caroline worked in fast moving world
of sales and marketing, specifically in the field of mental
health. This gave Caroline a genuine insight into the stresses
our modern lifestyles can inflict upon us, and the necessity to
keep mentally and physically well and balanced whilst still
achieving our life goals. |

Founder and manager of The Natural Healthcare Centre and The
Anson Centre of Complementary Medicine before this, Grahame now
runs The Natural Healthcare Centre as a partnership with Anil
Arora. Grahame has been practising in Burton-on-Trent for 14
years as an acupuncturist, herbalist and nutritionist.
Grahame’s training and practise has taken him to Shanghai
University in 1997 and to Utah in the United States in 1999. He
has also taught Chinese medicine, but now concentrates on his
clinical work and on running The Natural Healthcare Centre.
Grahame is a member of The British Acupuncture Council and a
Member of the Register of Chinese Herbal Medicine. He continues
to study Chinese herbs, acupuncture, nutrition and bodywork as
part of his continual professional development.
His clinical work using Bioelectrical Impedance Measurement to
collect and interpret data to aid weight loss, is unique in this
field and has helped many people combat weight problems over the
last 9 years.
