In actual fact, we've found that when people say they want to lose weight they tend to focus entirely on the physical aspect, and why not you might ask... as it's this element that desires change, however, there are fundamentally two components at play, body and mind.
We literally spend thousands of pounds trying to make ourselves feel good by changing our physical appearance in some way, however we devote little time or energy to our mind. What is comparatively unknown is that having control over your mind is the key to a successful healthy body, which in turn brings about the balance in body and mind. This makes perfect sense, we are sure you'll agree.
